Eyes on Bismarck and Wide Eyed are located inside the Northbrook mall on North Washington Street. When you enter the mall through door 5 on the southwest side of the mall, our office is straight ahead. Our optical and coffee shop is directly inside door 5. Our office can also be found straight ahead of door 4 on the south side of the mall, which is a handicap-accessible entrance. There is parking directly outside of both door 4 and 5.
